White-Label Fulfilment for Networking Hardware in the UAE

Align the product, presentation and delivery with your customer order.

Discuss white-label fulfilment requirements for optical transceivers, DAC/AOC cables and fibre assemblies with GBICS. Share your BOQ, packaging instructions and delivery plan to review a suitable arrangement for your reseller or systems integration business.

Packaging, branding and direct-delivery options are subject to feasibility and written confirmation.

Keep your customer promise tied to an agreed scope

Correct product

Confirm part numbers, host compatibility, cable variants and quantities before approving how the order will be presented.

Consistent presentation

Request the packaging, labels and packing documents your order needs. Review what is feasible and approve the details in writing.

Clear delivery responsibilities

Agree the destination, shipment documents, tracking communication and support contact before dispatch.

For resellers, integrators and service providers

White-label options to discuss with GBICS

White-label fulfilment can involve several distinct requests. Specify exactly which parts of the customer experience you want to change so the quote can identify available options, costs and approval requirements.

Neutral outer packaging

Ask whether unbranded shipping cartons or other neutral presentation are available. Confirm how protective packaging and product identification will be retained.

Approved brand artwork

Submit artwork you are authorised to use and specify its intended location. Request confirmation of label dimensions, content and any production constraints.

Project and asset labels

Request site names, rack references, port identifiers or order references. Keep these linked to the supplied part numbers and serial records where applicable.

Packing-slip instructions

Provide the proposed customer-facing format and item descriptions. Agree which documents accompany the goods and which are sent to the purchasing business.

Project grouping

Ask whether products can be grouped by site, rack or deployment stage. Include quantities and packing references so the request can be reviewed accurately.

Direct-to-customer delivery

Request delivery to your customer’s site where feasible. Confirm the sender information, recipient details, charges and communication arrangements in advance.

White-label presentation does not imply that hardware is manufactured by the reseller. Product origin, required markings and technical specifications must remain accurate.

Fulfilment planning matrix

Use this structured checklist to define the customer-facing requirements and the confirmation needed before an order is released.

Packaging changes should preserve product traceability

Keep the relationship between your order reference, the supplied product and its identification clear. Any additional labels should preserve required safety information, serial identification and the data needed to support the item.

Neutral outer packaging does not necessarily mean every shipment document can be anonymous. Agree sender information and document handling for the destination before promising a specific presentation to your customer.

Specify the hardware independently

Optical modules and cabling for reseller orders

For SFP transceivers in Dubai, QSFP optical modules in the UAE or enterprise data centre cabling, start with the exact technical requirement. Branding and packaging cannot correct an unsuitable optical interface.

QSFP28 / 100GBASE-LR4100G10 kmSMF4 LAN-WDM channels near 1310 nmDuplex LCHost and LR4 interoperability

These interfaces are technical examples, not confirmed stock or white-label eligibility. SMF = single-mode fibre; MMF = multimode fibre. Confirm exact module specifications, channel loss and host support.

Optical modules

Provide host model, software, optical standard and coding requirements. Vendor coding alone does not guarantee electrical, optical or software compatibility.

DAC and AOC cables

Specify both endpoint models, protocol, connector types and length. Confirm the supported assembly before deciding on customer-facing labels.

LC and MPO/MTP assemblies

Identify fibre grade, length, polarity, connector gender and polish. For parallel fibre, include fibre count and breakout mapping.

From fulfilment brief to approved shipment

  1. Send the brief. Include the BOQ, quantities, packaging requirements, destination and target date.
  2. Confirm feasibility. Ask GBICS to identify the available options, charges, minimum quantities and expected lead time.
  3. Approve the specification. Confirm products, artwork or label proofs where applicable, and the document instructions.
  4. Confirm shipment readiness. Agree the destination, recipient, sender details and communication responsibilities.
  5. Retain the order record. Keep the approved specification, shipment references and applicable support details together.

These are recommended approval stages. The quotation should state which checks and services are included for the specific order.

Agree the after-sales experience before shipping

Define who receives delivery questions, handles product enquiries and requests return authorisation. Keep customer-facing communications aligned with the support arrangement agreed for the order.

GBICS advertises lifetime warranty; confirm product eligibility and the applicable warranty/RMA terms. White-label presentation does not itself create a different warranty or an automatic returns entitlement.

White-Label Fulfilment FAQs

What is white-label fulfilment for networking hardware?

It is a fulfilment arrangement in which agreed packaging, labelling or customer-facing documents support the reseller’s presentation. The exact scope must be confirmed. It does not automatically mean private-label manufacturing, custom firmware or a change to product origin.

Can GBICS dispatch directly to my customer?

Include the destination and direct-delivery request in your enquiry. Ask GBICS to confirm feasibility, sender details, courier documentation, delivery charges and who handles customer communication before placing the order.

Can I request neutral packaging or my own branding?

You can request neutral outer packaging, approved branding, packing slips or project labels. Each option needs feasibility and artwork confirmation. Required product identification, safety information and serial traceability must remain intact.

Will supplier prices or details be hidden from the recipient?

Do not assume this. Agree which documents accompany the shipment and which are sent separately to the purchasing business. Courier, customs or other required documents may identify parties or values; confirm the destination-specific arrangement before dispatch.

Does white-label fulfilment change transceiver compatibility?

No. Packaging and labels do not change the optical hardware or host support. Verify the exact part number, coding, host model, software, speed and optical standard independently.

Are there minimum quantities or additional fees?

No fixed minimum quantity or fee is stated here. Ask for written confirmation of product costs, packaging or labelling charges, minimum quantities, approval steps and lead time for the requested configuration.

Who handles warranty and returns?

Agree the customer support contact and the applicable warranty and RMA process before dispatch. Confirm return authorisation, return destination, serial-number records and communication responsibilities. White-label presentation does not itself change product warranty terms.

How do I request a fulfilment quote?

Email store@gbics.ae with your company details, product BOQ, quantities, packaging and labelling instructions, delivery location and target date. Include artwork or a packing-slip example if available, and identify any direct-to-customer requirement.
